Do you accept insurance?

Yes. Resilience Behavioral Health Group is a participating provider with various insurances. In most instances, insurance benefits will pay for a portion of the services received depending on the limitations of coverage found within the plan.

Participation with insurance carriers can vary based on the psychotherapist overseeing care. Please contact the office directly at (231) 285-0005 for more information.

To better understand the coverage offered for outpatient mental health services under a specific plan, the first step is to reach out to your insurance carrier. Carefully review content on the benefits provided and any potential limitations that could impact eligibility or the cost of care. Here are some helpful questions you may wish to ask:

  • Do I have benefits for outpatient mental health services?
  • What type of coverage do I have for outpatient mental health services?
  • What providers participate with my insurance and are considered in network under my plan?
  • Can I see a provider that is out of network? What type of coverage is offered when seeing a provider that is out of network?
  • How much is my deductible? Is there a separate deductible for outpatient  mental health services? Has my deductible been met this year?
  • What is my co-payment or coinsurance for outpatient mental health services?
  • Do I need preauthorization to receive coverage for outpatient mental health services? If so, how do I receive preauthorization?
  • Are there any limitations to the number of sessions offered each year under my insurance plan? If so, how many sessions am I eligible for under my insurance plan?
